dance dress code

 DRESS CODE

PROPER DANCE FOOTWEAR AND DANCE CLOTHING IS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES. To avoid injury, students will NOT be permitted to participate in class wearing socks, bare feet, baggy pants or loose clothing. NO JEWELLERY. Hair must be worn neatly off the face in a bun, braid or pinned back. 

Students must wear proper dance clothing to all classes:

 BALLET:
CLOTHING: Pink or black bodysuit, black tights, ballet skirt
FOOTWEAR: Pink ballet slippers OR pink pointe shoes

JAZZ/ACRO
CLOTHING: Unitard or bodysuit and stretch pants. No baggy clothes
FOOTWEAR: Black ballet slippers or black jazz shoes

TAP:
CLOTHING: Capri or bicycle length pants, exercise tops. NO LONG PANTS TOUCHING THE FLOOR.
FOOTWEAR: Tap shoes

HIP HOP:
CLOTHING: Baggy pants, shirt and hat
FOOTWEAR: COOL Sneakers (only worn in studio)
